No! It is free to view the list of Métis owned businesses in the database.
Yes, there is a fee associated with creating an Industry/Corporate account.

A business account is for Métis business owners to register their organization with Alberta MétisWorks.
An Industry/Corporate account is for larger organizations and allows access to a wider range of industry project specific features.
You will need the following information:
I. Email Address
II. Phone Number
III. Business Address
IV. Métis Nation of Alberta Citizenship Card number for all business owners
V. The percentage share of all business owners (must be 51% Métis owned)
VI. Information about your business and the services offered
Your business must be at least 51% Métis owned
Processing times may vary, however, it generally takes 10 to 15 business days to process a newly registered business.
